Why did you choose to join Icon?
I chose to join Icon for many reasons. First off when meeting the Team at Icon I sensed a company filled with driven individuals who are passionate about their work and the company they work for. The feeling was more of a community of professionals with a common goal rather than people just working for the job.
What are the key achievements in your professional career?
I have worked in Financial Technology for my entire career. Working in Sweden and Germany and back to my home country Canada. Being able to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures has always been something I am proud of. Opening up new markets in North America and Europe while selling cutting edge software solutions has been a passion.
What drives you in your work?
My clients and my relationships with them drive me. Sales and Business Development is more than just selling a product. Developing relationships that turn into long term contacts and friendships has always been important. Win-win solutions may be a cliché but at the end of the day if both my company and my client are happy, I have succeeded.
