Every day is different and is another step forward on our journey to not just growing but being even better at what we do.

The chance to work with some fantastic people, play a part in building something really special and have fun in the process!
What have been your key achievements at Icon?
Leading our exceptionally committed Icon team to deliver the critical web services layer that enabled the Global Customer Due Diligence to go live on time. This was only possible because I was surrounded by talented and dedicated colleagues that are now even greater friends.
What is your favourite part about working at Icon?
From directors to developers everyone is really motivated, highly skilled and great fun to be around with a healthy dose of quirkiness! I think this is what makes us unique and helps us deliver for our clients.
What drives you in your work?
Continuous learning and heading face on into new challenges. The changes in "IT" over the past 5 years have been incredibly exciting and the new advances continue to disrupt and dismantle traditional development, delivery and business practices filtering through to our largest global clients at an increasing pace. The opportunities to help take this passion and knowledge out to our clients is what drives me every day.
