The people, the culture and the values. I love the fact that everyone really does live by the values and they are integral to the way people work and the decisions made here.
What have been your key achievements at Icon?
Not a personal achievement but when we got our employee survey results back - 100% of staff said that they had good working relationships with their manager - can't really ask for better than that!
