Re-platforming a Customer Due Diligence solution to improve efficiency, customer experience and address emerging risks
This is a case study about Icon’s work for a Tier 1 bank which was looking to derive greater business value from its Customer Due Diligence (CDD) solution. The legacy CDD solution was already policy-compliant. However, Icon identified a number of areas for improvement. The bank wanted to re-platform the existing CDD review tool with a vendor-based option to further improve efficiency, pace of system change and overall customer experience.
