We know that in order to successfully implement AI, AI strategy has to align with an organisation’s Business Strategy, that data has to be complete, accurate and unbiased.
We are working with a leading Financial Services organisation to improve Customer Onboarding by using Generative AI to speed up document processing and we are working on the Architecture for a global Generative AI platform at a Tier 1 Bank.


Generative AI

Since the launch of ChatGPT in 2022, the potential for Generative AI has caused global excitement. Within Icon, our Consultants now use the natural language interface for Ask Ada, our internally developed Generative AI Solution, to aggregate our collective knowledge so that our Consultants can spend more time with clients and deliver better solutions more quickly.
