Icon to speak at FinTech South 2018

Icon are pleased to confirm they will be taking part in a panel discussion at FinTech South 2018 in Atlanta on the 7th – 8th May.

Gene Neyer, Icon’s Chief Strategy Officer, will be speaking on a panel titled ‘Payments Innovation in the Banking Sector: Oxymoron or Opportunity’, alongside guests from FIS and Bank of Chicago.

Panellists will be there to discuss the real-world business opportunities of some of the new payment solutions as they are being implemented as well as case use applications that have developed in other countries where the solutions are more established.

The panel discussion will take place on 8th May at 10:20.

Gene has extensive experience of advising financial and technology companies on various aspects of Payment Modernisation, and has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles in the payments industry.

Icon’s payments experts will also be on hand to discuss the changing global payments landscape and how banks need to be proactively responding to the challenges of Instant Payments and Open APIs.
