Why did you choose to join Icon?
One of the key reasons for joining was the inspiring story of how Icon came to be formed. Three ordinary guys (Tom, Ben and Darren) had a vision, and implemented it. And they continue to do this today.
What drives you in your work?
A sense of accomplishment. I like to be part of something, driving it from start to finish. I enjoy learning new things, being organised and meeting new people. I also like to support and help people. I firmly believe that all these things are key attributes of a successful PMO function.
What is your favourite part about working at Icon?
This is easy, the people! It’s so important not only to enjoy interesting work but also to be able to collaborate and trust the people you work with, so I am very lucky.
What do you enjoy when you are not working?
Pilates, Crossfit, travel, snowboarding, music, arts and crafts, food (I love food), spending time with friends and family, and anything that makes me smile.
