Seeing the outcomes of my efforts together with the satisfaction of meeting a delivery date and seeing how functionality delivered positively impacts my clients. That's what keeps me motivated.

The people and the culture. The team dynamic is fantastic, we are all delivery focused but also make time to socialise and enjoy ourselves on a regular basis.
