Why did you choose to join Icon?
Icon's IPF is unique and it's transforming the way banks do payments. I joined because I was keen to work with the team behind IPF and with our Tier 1 banking clients.
What are the key achievements in your career?
I've worked for a variety of fintechs, helping them achieve their next milestones, from securing the at the time second-largest fintech investment in Europe, via mergers to launching a new bank. My main contributions to those milestones have probably been around relentlessly focussing marketing efforts on our target audiences as well as positioning.
What drives you in your work?
Achieving ambitious goals with team members who feel valued.

Bringing people together into a single Services team, helping that team grow and deliver some fantastic work for our clients.
