I liked the fact that they were taking a different approach to the challenge of instant or real-time payments, embracing new technologies and putting the customer first.
What are the key achievements in your professional career?
I’ve always worked to build mutually beneficial customer relationships. I’m particularly proud of winning, with the VocaLink Cards team, the UK Customer Services Award for a “significant improvement in measured customer experience, through an internal culture change and a transformation in customer engagement.”
