What are your professional goals for the future?

To progress to a more senior development role and eventually into Architecture.

What is your favourite part about working at Icon?

The people and the culture. The team dynamic is fantastic, we are all delivery focussed but also make time to socialise and enjoy ourselves on a regular basis.

What drives you in your work?

Seeing the outcomes of my efforts together with the satisfaction of meeting a delivery date and seeing how functionality delivered positively impacts my clients. That's what keeps me motivated.
